Zomato — merchant fault | |||||
I would like to complaint on the order which placed it on 15 dec and 11 dec. Both order was cancelled only by the merchant not from my end. I haven't receive the food or neither the refund for the same. If it is cancellation from my end i agree with zomato's point but merchant cancelled. Plz revert my money back towards my account for 491 and 472 transaction. Or esle i will escalate this in social media. You guys are cheating us on the same. One lady called on 15th dec related to the refund but why the hell u guys are not calling me on the same. Refund my money back towards my account which you guys are not rendered me the service.
