[Resolved]  Zomato — money deducted but order failure

I tried placing an order at karbi town, pune through zomato on 7th october but the order was not placed and showed failure. But the payment of rs294.60 has still got deducted "twice" from my account on trying the second time too. On trying to get in touch with the customer service no response whatsoever. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and refund my money rs589.2
