Zomato — money deducted from bank a/c but food not delivered

I had ordered food from arsalan, kolkata on 08.10.18. Once the payment was processed and money deducted from my bank account, i was told that i will be redirected to the site in a few seconds. After a long time, no further communication was made to me for my order neither my food was delivered. I have not got my money refunded after 3 days. Please see that i am no more harrassed and get my refund as soon as possible.
