[Resolved] Zomato — money deducted twice for unsuccessful order but still my refund is not initiated | |||
On 3rd september, i tried ordering from zomato and paid through net banking. However, faced repeatative gateway error at zomato's end and consequently twice the amount was deduction from my bank but the order was not placed and completed. Though it displayed a message that the refund will be initiated immediately but till now no action has been initiated from their end. I have already verified with my bank. Even their customer care numbers are not proper. Most of the numbers given in the website are wrong numbers Was this information helpful? | |||

Even it happened same to me, Money got detected twice but the same has not been refunded back..
