[Resolved] Zomato — money refund issue pending since 20 days | |||
I had ordered 3 shawarma from zomato on 17th july 2019 (Hit & run restaurant) after booking order i called up to delivery boy & he reject the delivery due to some issue with his bike, we even put on chat to arrange new person for delivery but there is no positive response we received this process took 1 & half hour but we didn't revived single response from zomato as i spend 497.50 rs which was debited we also trying to call customer care but the call was busy. Very next day i connect with customer care they promise me to get my money refund within 5 to 7 days but i didn't revived i only recievd 250 rs from zomoto as they said its from zomato due to inconvenience. I have raise this issue 3 times to customer care but still not revived my money refund. This is by far the worst experience at zomato. I want my refund back. Please help. I was ordered two times food in zomato but my order was cancelled but my amount was debited in my bank account but it shows in zomato payment incomplete but i have received messages my amount Rs.91 and Rs.91 debited in my account
