Zomato — my online ordering application blocked | |||||
I am a regular customer of zomato using zomato online ordering application with following credentials: user email: [protected]@gmail.com mobile: [protected] Last time when I placed the order through zomato at No Name Kitchen I received wrong items in my order. I complained this issue to the zomato delivery support who in turn apologized for this and promised me to refund 94.5rs as a token of apology within 48hours. But I regret to say that right after getting that 94.5rs into my zomato wallet my zomato online ordering application got blocked accusing me of some suspicious behavior. I have written so many mails to [protected]@zomato.com but I haven't received any response to this regard.
