[Resolved] Zomato — my order not delivered and zomato chat is also showing error | |
I ordered food from Zomato in Hyderabad from monginis cake shop and already paid for for it but after 2 hours also my order is not delivered and is also not showing any option for cancellation and when I tried to contact Zomato chat it also shows an error no. 3 and I can't find any other way to resolve my problem. And I neither think they will refund my pay as they are not responding on any customer care no. or chat. Was this information helpful? | |

I ordered a cake from zomato app at 9pm and after 3 hrs also the app was showing that the zomato valet is in the restaurant and the food is being prepared. But when I called the valet it was switched off and i just waited till 12am to get the order. But in the morning i saw the app is showing that the order was delivered at 3:30 am night. But I havnt got any order neither the refund. What scam is this zomato??
