Zomato — my refund amount not received yet | order no [protected] / [protected] | |||||
On 30th november, i had tried to order online with shah ghouse cafe & restaurant however my payment got failed but amount has been deducted 181 rupees. Again i tried and payment got failed and again my amount got deducted 181 rupees. I wrote 3-4 mails on their escalation id [protected]@zomato.com they informed we will received the refund in 5 to 7 working days however i haven't got any response or refund yet. Even chat support also is not working there is no way to communicate with them or any number to call for complains Please have a look into issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.
