Zomato — my rolls

I ordered 6 rolls in two different orders. 1 for : 3 malai tikka rolls another for,
2 chilli chicken rolls, for which i made a payment through my yes bank debit card (Details saved with me)
After waiting for the routine time, just 2 rolls were delivered by mr. Balwinder
On enquiring about the rest, i was told by my rolls that they had delivered 5 rolls from their kitchen to the delivery boy. On talking to balwinder he told that the two rolls were the entire order that he was asked to deliver.
It has happened earlier as well with chaurasiya paan where one of my paan's went missing and was not responded by chaurasiya and somehow i ignored it, probably because of a smaller thing. But with today's happening i feel "cheated" as a customer. Besides losing my money i had to cut a sorry figure in front of my guests. Have lost faith in your company and probably the "last order" with zomato and my rolls.
