Zomato — never received order | |||||
I ordered from nizams kolkata.. The scheduled time of delivery was 8.23pm... Even after 1 hour i was waiting for delivery... Meantime the delivery boy called 10 times, each time instructing him of direction of my house... He never came.. By the end of it i was calling him and he stopped answering my calls.. I called zomato support.. First 2 times they said they will check and call me back.. Noone called me back and finally they stopped answering as well... My money and time was wasted Was this information helpful? | |||||

This company has the worst customer service ever, all they have to offer is a hollow apology and u should be grateful if can get a refund, worst part nothing much u can do.
