Zomato — no cancellation button on app site

Please refer to my complaint and 23rd dec...i have not got any satisfactory answer from u.
you do not provide cancellation of order at an ease of button ...against customer rights...
i will be sending u copies of letters, . raised awareness against this issue to various govt bodies to find a solution. u have to address the issue of cancellation or online helpline on ur app so that customers dont suffer.

i will also put this issue on social media ..to know ur answer
