Zomato — no refund for my order

I had ordered food on zomato which was never delivered they took the payment from my account and and while returning they want me to accept there credits why should i do that i have paid cash and i need the same in my account they r cheating lakhs of rs from us.

These buggers do not have proper complaint channel please help me lets not let them get away with our money.
