Zomato — no refund, no food

On 15th november 2019, at about 11 pm, i ordered a food item from zomato. I accidentally entered the wrong address - but i immediately contacted customer care, asking them to change the address, which they agreed to do. I then received a message saying my delivery has been cancelled. My money was not refunded.
I would like a refund. The amount was 373 inr.
