[Resolved] Zomato — no refund of money | |
We have ordered on[protected]. From spicy hub. The payment is made double time for single order. The restaurant did not even take our order. We made a complaint against it to zomato. It replied that "we are working on it and your money will be refunded in one week". Now its almost three weeks and there is money refunded. We are trying to contact zomato customer care and there is noo response from it. Is this the way you treat your customers?? There is noo response for the complaint made.
