Zomato — no refund received for an incomplete and incorrect order

2. Topping - No Topping Present
3. Syrup - Caramel

I had complained about the same within minutes of the delivery, accompanied with a picture of the order. And I was assured of a full refund.
And since then I have complained them thrice.
But even after so many complaints and assurances of a refund, I haven't got a penny yet. It has already been 2 weeks.
