Zomato — non delivery after taking payment | |||||
I have ordered food at 12.30 am after 5 minutes i received a call from restaurant stating they are cancelling the order as they run out of item and i was told i will receive refund from zomato but in the morning after i emailed zomato for refund i received an email at 9.30 am stating food is delivered i am unable to contact both the restaurant and zomato over phone as and zomato is not responding to my emails i am attaching the proofs please verify the timings and resolve the issue kindly Thanks Vikrama Was this information helpful? | |||||

My order was not delivered and I have not received any refund from zomato. They're asking me to wait again and again. I am fed up with the service.
