Zomato — not refunding the amount for zomato

I ordered food from zomato and paid online in advance. When the food is one or two minutes away as i was tracking the delivery guy on the app. He marked the order has been cancelled because customer was unresponsive. How can i be unresponsive when i am tracking the delivery guy and waiting for food. This is highly unresponsive zomato. Order no. Is [protected]
