[Resolved]  Zomato — not yet received refund as per commitment made by zomato

Address:Gurgaon, Haryana

My order was been cancelled as restaurant had not get order in their device due to system failure on 29.09.19 and refund was auto initiated and said refund was also confirmed by zomato over chatting as enclosed for ready refn.
But said refund not yet received after one week which was supposed to be refunded by 24 to 48 hr w. E. F. 29.09.19 as per commitment made by zomato team.
Therefore, now i want zomato to refund my money with heavy compensation of rs.150000.00 in wasting my valuable time in useless chatting since 29.09.19 for last one week.
