Zomato — order cancel 2 times in one day!!! and refused to refund the money | |||||
4th november i have ordered food from your app two times and zomato cancel both time.!!! And now they also refused to refund the money. First time i ordered at 9.07 pm and after waiting a long one and half hour zomato cancel the order and refund the money. After that zomato support guys told me to order again and at that time there will be no issue. So i ordered again at 10.40 pm. At around 11.30 pm i got one call but it got disconnected. So i call back, at the time the delivery boy told me that my order has been cancelled because we are unable to reach your phone several time. But i got call from the delivery boy just one time. And now its show me that my money can't be refunded. I mailed them with my all concern but they told me money is not refundable. I send several mail after that but didn't get any response. One of my last two order is not placed and when i complain against it they don't give proper Justification and told me to refund after 2-7 business days. Worst service provider and also don't give proper Justification to customer.
