[Resolved]  Zomato — online payment to zomato for food

I placed on order via zomato app on 12th August at 2:16 PM, while i was trying to make an online payment through zomato app using sbi net banking, the session expired and amount was debited from my account but when i spoke zomato customer care executive they said amount is not credited at their end.I would request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue asap.

I do not have any order id.

order date and time :12 Aug, 14:16.I'm attaching a screenshot of my bank transaction.
