[Resolved] Zomato — order cancelled after confirmation

Hi team,
I have placed an order and made the payment near about 9:05 pm on 4th july 2018 and they confirmed that the order will be delivered by 9:47 pm. At 10:15 pm when i asked for my order status they said it will take another 22-25 mins. It means almost after 1.5 hrs. They told me that their executive checking for the order in that restaurant. I was having a conversation and in between i got a message that your order is cancelled because area is out of subzone and when i told them that i have received food earlier as well from the same restaurant 'sanjha chulha, sector-19, faridabad' then they had chabged the resaon and said delivery boy decline to deliver the order and they dont have any other delivery boy. If restaurant is not able to deliver the order then they shouldn't accept the order as well. I was waiting for my order for 1.5 hrs and in the end they said your order is rejected, please order it from another restaurant. This is worst service you are giving to the customer and making fool to the customer. They did nothing for me and even not replying. Please help or i'll go to consumer court. I am waiting for response.
