[Resolved] Zomato — order cancelled after kept waiting for 2:30 hrs | |||||
I have placed online order in zomato at 10pm from shah ghouse, hyderabad. The order was supposed to be delivered at 10:45pm. We pinged customer care at around 10:40pm as order is still in kitchen. The response from customer care is very delayed. After kept us waiting till 12:15am, they cancelled the order. Worst service from zomato. Should have ordered from either food panda or see swiggy Was this information helpful? | |||||
