I has issue with my order placed on 16th august at 5.20 pm of order no. [protected] Placed on pizza hut.. The rider did not reach the location and he did not call me also. And i called him first from my end then he said that he is on the way.. And after 10 minutes when i called him he says that i am at the location then i asked him about where was he then he said that he was at wrong location then instantly he said that the order is cancelled from zomato's end Now i want to ask one thing that if he was on location, can't he wait 5 minutes then call back if i was unresponsive.. He did not wait also.. Nor he tried to contact me I can send you the screenshots of my calls also. This all happened in the time span of 10 minutes.. At 17.53 i called him for the first time to which he said he is on way At 1800 hours i again called him to which he said that he was on location but that was wrong location At 1805 hours he did not pick up the call At 1811 hours i again called him and then he said that the order is cancelled from the company side because i was unresponsive and then cut the call. After that call he ignored my every call.. At last i want you to please check the matter seriously and do the helpful Was this information helpful? | |
