Zomato — Order delivery delayed and received soggy food. Refund confirmed was to source but gave me a coupon.


First had my order grouped with other orders and delivery guy took a u-turn even though he was near my location and went elsewhere which resulted in delayed delivery and food turning soggy.

Then they took an action which was completely different from what was confirmed over call yesterday with Kalyan and gave me a coupon instead of refund to source. This is unacceptable.

Now they are telling me rest assured and their usual copy-paste phrase that they will not do this again. I want my full refund to source as confirmed over call and message. This is unacceptable.

Please help me with this issue. I have attached screen shot of chat and email.
