Zomato — order from burger king on 14th aug at 01.03pm #[protected] | |||
I order my meal from burger king on 14th aug, somehow i did't received any call from your zomato executive or later he himself cancelled the order. When i received a cancellation message then i called executive and asked him to deliver the order on same address. For reference you can check with your executive also. But my complaint over here is when i checked my order it was incomplete, on my complaint to your executive, he refused to help me and said call to burger king.. On call there number was switched off. Neither your executive marked my order successful in order history due to which cancellation fees is showing in my cart. This is something not done, first i didn't received any call, later my order was incomplete and rather then refunding my money you guys imposing cancellation fees. I complaint on customer care again n again they are asking me to mail on [protected]@zomato.com when i am sending mail to them they are just sending me this 1 reply again n again without going through my grievance. This is an clear case of harrasement. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||
