Zomato — order no. [protected] amt. 395/= not refund in paytm

Dear sir/madam,
Yesterday (19.10.18) i was order 500g chikki, peanut salted 500g and spcial gazak 250g amt. Of above order rs. 385/=+ rs10/= tip amt. Total rs. 395/= payment by paytm above order declined but rs. 395/= not credited in my paytm wallet

Kindly look in tothis and refund my above amt. Asap

Updated by RIPUDAMAN SINGH TOMAR when i ask zomato customer care, they they cancel the order as per policy. My money is deduced and i didn't receive the food. Why zomato customer care is cancelled my order and and told to me order cancel by merchant and not returning my money. It is my worst experience by zomato. Please review my complain and refund my money...
