Zomato — order not confirmed money deducted

I order from zomato on 10th oct by using sbi netbanking, when i place order it stuck and my order canceled but fund deducted from my account. I tried again to place the order but it happens the same. I tried twice and in total 270+270 as sum of 540 debited from my account. But still not refunded.
