Zomato — order not delivering and posting on app as delivered | |
I had order my food from kfc via zomato at 1:01 pm dubai time. At 2:30 the food was still not delivered. I informed zomato via chat to cancel order, they stopped responding and at 4pm they mention food is delivered. Like seriously??? When i called kfc they mentioned that they cancelled the food from their side. Now i lost money and received no food either. How to escalate this? Was this information helpful? | |

Too bad service, I have ordered pizza from the pizza world on 15/11/2016. it was worst no one can eat that pizza. they charged about Rs.250 for this worst pizza. I think they don't even know how to make pizza. I request you to ban this food court for delivering for zommato. it's spoiling your name.
