[Resolved] Zomato — order not placed. amount deducted

I had placed 2 orders on 14-9-18 one of them was successfully placed and delivered but another one was not even placed but amount ₹118 was deducted from my net banking. I want my refund asap. This is too bad service. There customer care no don't even work. They don't even have given any email or no on their site/ app to contact them. I just want my refund asap.
