[Resolved] Zomato — order not placed but amount deducted
I placed an order on friday evening (01/feb/19) around 5.25pm online to brunch-mylapore (Chennai). After applying promo code a total sum of rs. 105 was deducted from my card but i received no confirmation about my order. On zomato portal it shows order was not placed but i received a message from bank rs.105 has been debited on 1st feb 2019. I request to refund the amount. Please have a look into issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.
