Zomato — order was cancelled and by the restaurant and now i'm paying the penalty

I didn't get any call from the restaurant and when i tried call the restaurant the didn't pick up the calls and they are claiming they called me like 5/6 times and i called the restaurant 10 / 12 times they didn't answer my calls i was not able to get any food that night please check and remove my penalty
