[Resolved] Zomato — paid cash by mistake for a prepaid order. need refund for the same. | |||
I placed an order([protected]) on 2 November 2019 & the order was prepaid for Rs 386. By mistake at the time of delivery I also paid cash to the delivery agent(Jitender). He also took the cash & went. Next morning, I realised the mistake and contacted Zomato chat support. They asked me to email at zomato support([protected]@zomato.com). They also assured me that the driver is not denying but he don't exactly remember as he had many orders and I will get my money back. Its been 4 days now and they are denying the incident and saying that the driver is denying that he has taken cash from me. I am receiving same copy pasted lame responses from their email support.
