I ordered some food from arsalan kolkata yesterday through zomato around 1:15 pm. They cancelled the order due to lack of delivery boys at 2:30pm. I had guests that time and their denial of service so late actually landed me in situation of humiliation and faceloss. I paid for the order through online, the money is not yet refunded to my bank account and also no compensation amount added as discussed over call.

Updated by tapoguha Zomato is providing poor service but consumer forum seems worse. You can't take off your responsibility just by notifying the service provider. this does not solve someone's problem.
