Zomato — pathetic service by delivery boys

Hi,
On 9 th oct i placed the order at 11 pm at night and order a dinner for my self. The delivery location was lakeshore greens, palava, dombivali.

The food got ready at 12 am and at 12.30 am the delivery boy refused to come to this location and rejected the order at that moment i did not have any option to order the food from any other place as all places got closed down. I
Had to sleep hungry that night.

I want to immediately take action against this delivery boy the details of the order are as follows-
