[Resolved] Zomato — pathetic service | |||||
Really very disappointed with the services. I ordered at 11:20 pm, got confirmation but they cancelled my order and i was really hungry and slept hungry. They only know to empathise via chat support. Dont use the app, services are really very bad at night. I came back home and was really hungry, they are the worst and not even refunding money. Amd the chat support was also not so. Sorry about it and did not do anything apart from saying sorry, i really want strict actions to be taken against them as there service and guest hanfking is a treat to. Customer service industry. When i told them that i am going to make an complaim they said "your wish" Make sure that zomato would always remember to follow rules and fulfil promises. Was this information helpful? | |||||
