[Resolved] Zomato — payment paid but order not confirmed | |||
Dear sir, I booked order jst ryt now and pay also from net banking but order not confirmed, why sir this happened 3 times with me .last time I booked 2 order of 27th January that day same issue, I lost total 152.5 rs.I request that please refund my money and improve service by zomato, It is very hurtful for customer bcz customer have trust on your site that do pay before delivery, so notice this point always.
