Zomato — poor customer service

This is to bring in your kind consideration that that i have order dahi kabab and chicken.
Inspite of clear instructions mentioned for cooking, the taste is pathetic and chicken is smelling rotten, dahi kabab is tasteless. Dahi stuffed was sour.
When i turned for customer care, i received a very unsatisfactory response.
I am here with attaching the screenshots
I want my money refunded, and action to be taken against concerned.
I am writing the same mail to consumer forum.
