Zomato — poor service and fraud | |||
Hi... We had an office party on nov. 4 and i ordered some food from zomato that day in afternoon. The estimated time of arrival of food was 30 minutes from a restaurant 15 minutes away from the delivery location. But it was delivered after 2 hours. I tried calling valet but all he was making excuses that your order is big and i don't have any conveyance to deliver, neither i have money to book the cab. He rejected my call many times as well. At last, he delivered it but it was all waste. I complained about same to zomato via mail. They replied with an apology mail stating that they will refund some amount of my order in my zomato credit wallet and it will be available in 48 hours. It's been more than 10 days now and they have not refunded anything. All the time they are making excuse of glitch. And now they don't even reply on my mail. They are doing fraud only. Kindly look into matter and provide me with a solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
