Zomato — problem with the packaging of the food | |||
I have ordered a food in hotel imperial restaurant which is located in coimbatore through zomato but the packing of the food is not good as it got opened and the dishes have gone waste. I hereby by attached the picture of the food which was delivered to me. Everything as gone waste even the delivery boy knows it. Can you please refund my money back. My order was complete rotten with hair particles on the slices of pizza I just throwed th whole order in my dustbin well done Zomato never trust Zomato #zomatoscam never order at Zomato. I was trying to chat with customer support for my refund but they are useless talks nonsense it's been 1day my order I'd:[protected].but no response. 877 rupees wasted.

I also got my opened packaged from zamato chat support didn't help me with it. They say it's restaurant's fault not the dilivery boys fault, Dilivery boy could check it before taking it in for dilivery.
