Zomato — promo code issue | |||
I ordered food on zomato but the promocode didn't worked and the full amount was deducted from my paytm, i tried zomato chat but they said they are getting too many queries so send email, i canceled the order and send an email. They said in zomato chat, food is being prepared so no refund, since they said food is being prepared as an excuse, i ordered again with a different promocode (There are 3 promocodes but two are not activating, still there were displayed being active) this time promocode was active and i paid in discount. My money was deducted two times, i am asking refund for the previous order which i declined due to promocode issue. Zomato is not responding to my mail. I was expecting refund. They are using food is being prepared as an excuse, what food is being prepared? Re-heating 2 puffs in an oven? Yes i ordered puff. Was this information helpful? | |||

I think Zomato is fraud company.
