Zomato — Received expired food, but they didn't even acknowledge

Hello,
On April 08, 2022 I had ordered some food from Zomato (Order id - [protected]). The food came and was inedible. The chicken pieces were hard and stale and had grown some sticky bubbles on it. So I wrote an email. I was assured to get back a reply within 24 hours max. But now, after 3 and a half day, I am receiving the traditional sympathetic email. I again wrote them to refund atleast something so that I would get some amount back for getting totally waste food. But next time, the agent replied with same email and there the restaurant name was totally different. They didn't even read my email and didn't view my attachments at all. I am writing again and again, but they always reply with the same text. I, myself, tried to contact the restaurant that day, but they didn't receive my call. (Because they already knew that the food was stale). I srote in the email to make contact with the restaurant, but perhaps they didn't. (Because the support agent mentioned the restaurant name wrong there). So what can I do now? It is not the first time, I am facing this issue. Always if there is a problem with the food, I paid for, and I had written emails, nothing had happened. Seriously, this gives enough confidence to the restaurants to do whatever they want with the customers, because no one is there to catch them.
