Zomato — refund for cancellation of order

I have cancelled my order (Zomato Media Pvt Ltd Order #ZTD18996BEC056C929A5 Oct 03, 08:57pm)on 3oct18 and even got a confirmation call from zomato customer care service center. They told me that they will refund the amount in 3-4 working days but on 8 Oct18 when I text them about not getting refund they msg me their system didn't show that the order was cancelled. I provide them their delivery boy number and that restaurant number also to cross check but still they are not responding. Zomato refund my money as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? Got cancelled by zomato agent and he lied about it! Didn't even get the refund for it!! Pathetic service and looting customer. I lost my Rs.310.
They are simply snatching money off from customer.
Pathetic service!! Never using looting app like zomato again!!
Guys pls stay away from such looters.

Dear sir,
I ordered food on Zomato on 7-10-208.2:0pm, by paying total payment with Paytm, Now it’s 3:14pm, no one picking up my call, in Zomato ppl also not picking up my call to give a complaint, Please take necessary action on these peopl for better society.

Hiii Today I have been ordered from zomato Firstly I chose online payment option and all formatlies were done but due to network problem transaction has been cancelled then I chose cash on delivery method .After that my online payment was also deduct from my card and I payed cash..Please refund my card money.

Just now when I did payment towrds restaurant it got deducted from my account but order was not placed so kindly refund my money asap else il lodge complain regarding the same to Consumer forum
