[Resolved] Zomato — refund for food cancellation | |||
Hi team, On 12/05/18 evening around 7.30 i have ordered kfc through zomato. Due to some inconvenience order cancelled by kfc restaurant. However payment of 533.98rs made through zomato which is not been refunded yet. I tried calling zomato customer care +[protected] &[protected] and the recording says sorry number doesn't exist. Money got deducted from hdfc netbanking for Zomato order of 455. But my order is not placed. Can you please look into it and please return the amount.

I ordered food from Behruz biriyani two weeks before order hasn't came because there is delivery issues and no cash back yet.
Seriously! Let me know if this complaint and are you going to solve asap.
