I placed an order (Ice cream) and paid online. I mistakely cancelled the order. So i contacted the support to change the flavour but they didnt do so. So i asked them to reactivate the order. They charged me 100% money as cancellation fees. What would they have they done if i placed cod? They reuestedme to accept the order which i said i am doing it. But they are not ready to reactivate the order
