Zomato — refund for order id-[protected] | |||
Hi team, I had food spillage issue with my order for which i reached out to the customer support service of zomato through the app. I had ordered a cake which seemed to be already eaten up or spilled when i received it. The customer support team said that they have initiated the full refund and it should reflect in 4-5 working days. It's been way long since then but still i can see the refund is not done from your end. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. i just complained to zomato they said your money money will be refunnded but i did not get any refund, Again I complained they are telling your amount will be refunded in zomato app,
