Zomato — Refund for order which was canceled by the delivery agent | |
My order order no:[protected] was canceled by the delivery agent claiming that the delivery guy had called me and i had not picked up.this is completely false since i received no missed call and previously no delivery agent had any problem reaching my adresss.when i enquired regarding the refund zomato said that they were unable to do so since it was my fault that i had not picked up my phone Was this information helpful? | |
