[Resolved] Zomato — refund fraudulent | |||
I have ordered from atlantic food court from agra id-[protected] but they charge the amount and in return they mailed me that they are not going to refund my amount with an excuse that your phone is not reachable. I told their executive that either help me in giving order or refund my money but they denied and deducted the amount. From last couple of days im chasing them through mail but no response came till time. Even with a decent chat their some executive told me that your amount will be refunded but now i told him that your executive told me that you are willing to give me my amount, now they denied. Why should i be charged when i didn't get food, their delivery associate self typed anything due to which we are suffering. Kindly take strict action against them Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 29, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved As per discussion with their executive in Chat they have told me that i will receive payment in 6-7 working days but yet no amount got credited in my account.
Even shared the chat description of their executive in zomato chat box, yet they denied to refund it back.. Then what is the use of their executive words?
