[Resolved] Zomato — refund money related from rejected order | |
I place order on zomato on order no.[protected] but the order is cancel and i didn't recieve my money back. So i want to comaplain regarding this to get my money back. The customer service aren't responding me so i want refund of my total amont. The order i placed was cancel but i didn't recieve my money back in my account. The customer care of zomato didn't help me. They said you never get back you refund amount. Please help me to get back my refund. Was this information helpful? | |

Hi, I tried to order tea from chai point, Hyderabad this morning. However, the transaction was successful but the order wasn't placed. I'm claiming refund of ₹92.95.
