Zomato — refund not credited into account | |||
I ordered one item in zomato and there i faced a payment issue and so i order again and in less than 1 minute i observed that in my orders i have ordered 2 items. So i called restaurant official number mentioned in site. They didn't picked up my call and later delivery boy called me and i explained the same so he contacted restaurant owner and said your order was cancelled are your refund will be credited into your account in 2 days.in zomato app I verified and it was fine. The status of order was marked as rejected and refund will be credited but i didn't get any refund iam trying to call restaurant and they are not even picking the call. How can i get my money back. Worst experience with zomato don't trust these fraud apps and customer service was too poor Was this information helpful? | |||
