[Resolved] Zomato — refund not done... no proper response from customer support!! | |||||
I placed an order from zomato using my paytm wallet, the amount got deducted and is paid to zomato, while order still showing not pending. There is no proper response from chat support.. They don't even count it as their fault. This happened bcz of no coordination between zomato and restaurant as restaurant stopped taking order while i was placing but they are saying it is bcz of my inernet support. Jan 2, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I sent them my query and complaint to zomato email got response from them and received refund with 48 hours. Thanks all. Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
